A group of “Super Seniors” that enjoy our luncheons. There are a number of affiliated women's groups operated under the umbrella of the Sun City Anthem Women's Club (SCAWC). There are both Village groups and Common Interest groups. Highlights of some of the group activities are listed below. This special activity group has formed for the benefit of SCA women
(employed or non-employed) that cannot make the regular SCAWC events held during the weekdays.
This group will allow for meaningful activities and social contacts in the SCA community. Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month (unless a holiday falls on that weekend), at 9 a.m. at Buckman's Restaurant, ordering off the regular breakfast menu. This group also meets once a month on a week night to play FUN Scrabble at 6:30 p.m. (BYOB) at one of the members house - dates TBD - announced via e-mail to the group.
