To join the Sun City Anthem Women's Club, please, print this form and fill out the application. Annual dues are $20. After July 1st they are prorated to $10 for the remainder of the year. Attach your check, payable to SCAWC, to the application form. Please, note on your check SCAWC dues. Deposit these in the Women's Club lockbox located in the Sun City Anthem Association office, or mail to the following address: Sun City Anthem Women's Club, 2450 Hampton Road, Henderson NV 89052.
