To join the Sun City Anthem Women's Club, please, print this form and fill out the application. Annual dues are $20. Attach your check, payable to SCAWC, to the application form. Please, note on your check SCAWC dues. Deposit these in the Women's Club lockbox located in the Sun City Anthem Association office, or mail to the following address: Sun City Anthem Women's Club, 2450 Hampton Road, Henderson NV 89052.
